How DIY Works

Our DIY Bitters Kit make it easy to craft your own bitters at home

STEP 1

Choose a base spirit of your liking that is at least 80 proof (greater then 40% alcohol)

STEP 2

Add the contents of our blend to the provided infusing jar

STEP 3

Let it steep for 21 days and shake the infusion jar every other day

STEP 4

Strain the contents of the infusion jar into the provided dropper bottles

VISION

Our goal is to revive artisinal traditions with our own signature spin on cooking and cocktail recipes.

Bitters have progressed from using botanicals to almost every vegetable, shrub, root and fruit available. The Bitters Club was created to continue this fascination of using new and exotic ingredients, techniques, and traditions to craft our bitters recipes and DIY Kits. Our mission is to educate every thirsty patron that making bitters at home is not only fun, but can be used in a variety of drink and food recipes. Join us on this journey to reinvent the way we eat and drink.

PASSION

We would like to share our passion of crafting new and interesting flavors.

Our passion for bitters started after exploring the night life in Chicago and Toronto and having the pleasure of watching talented mixologists sculpt unique drinking experiences right in the glass. After multiple failed attempts to re-create their master pieces at home, we embarked on a journey to learn more about what it takes to make a great cocktail. We would like for you to join us on our journey as we share with you what we have learned.
